This image of the center of M42 was taken Jan 30th,2012 from my backyard in light polluted PSL.

It is a stack of 20 frames 200 seconds long, unguided, and shot through a Heutech Light Pollution filter with a one shot color SBIG 8300 ccd camera on a Meade 6 inch f/7 refractor and processed with Nebulosity
